These terms apply to your use of ic-pay.io and to the introduction service provided by ICPay, a trading name of Inner Circle Corporate Brokers LLC FZ, registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("ICPay", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.
1. What ICPay does
ICPay is an independent introducer and broker. We review information you give us and introduce your business to payment service providers, acquirers and related providers ("PSPs") that may be able to offer you payment processing.
ICPay is not a bank, payment institution, acquirer or PSP. We do not process payments, hold funds or provide regulated financial, legal or tax advice. Any information on this site is general information only.
2. How we are paid
Our service is free to merchants. We are paid a commission or referral fee by PSPs when an introduction leads to an agreement. The amount can vary between PSPs. We aim to introduce you to the PSPs that best fit your business, and you are free to accept or decline any introduction.
3. No guarantee of approval or terms
Every PSP makes its own decision on whether to onboard you and on what terms. We cannot guarantee that any PSP will approve your application, offer particular rates, reserves or settlement terms, or keep your account open. Response and onboarding times on this site are typical, not guaranteed.
4. Your responsibilities
- The information you give us must be accurate, complete and not misleading.
- Your business must be legally registered and operate lawfully in every market you sell into, with any licences it needs.
- You agree that we may share the information you give us with PSPs you have agreed to be introduced to.
- Your contract for payment services is between you and the PSP. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with it.
5. Who we work with
We may decline any enquiry at our discretion, including where we cannot verify a business or where it does not meet the requirements of our PSP partners.
6. Liability
We provide the site and our introduction service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any decision, act or omission of a PSP, for any loss of business, profit or revenue, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Website content
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but card scheme rules, regulations and market terms change. Always confirm requirements with the PSP and your own advisers before acting. Content on this site belongs to ICPay and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site or submit an enquiry applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.
